1. Our products
MACCHINELLI offers coffee and espresso accessories selected for home baristas and coffee enthusiasts.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, materials, sizes and colours. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings, lighting, product batches or natural materials such as wood.
Product images are for presentation purposes. Accessories, props or machines shown in lifestyle images may not be included unless clearly stated in the product description.
2. Compatibility and product sizing
Some products, such as tampers and distributors, depend on portafilter or basket size.
It is your responsibility to select the correct size before placing an order. We provide product descriptions and a Compatibility & Size Guide to help you choose. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering at contact@macchinelli.com.
Compatibility examples by machine brand are indicative only. The correct size depends on the exact machine model, portafilter and basket.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error, stock issue, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information or any other legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be made at checkout through the payment methods available on our website. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. Discount codes and offers
Discount codes, promotional offers and limited-time deals are subject to availability and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless clearly stated.
If a discount code is not applied at checkout, we are not obliged to apply it after the order has been placed.

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier delays, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Depending on your delivery country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or import procedures.

Please follow any care instructions provided on the product page or packaging. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect cleaning, excessive force, improper storage, normal wear and tear or use with incompatible equipment.
Wood, metal and silicone components may naturally show signs of use over time.

Product availability may change without notice.
We do not guarantee that all products will always be available. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restock or issue a refund.
