We want every experience with Macchinelli to be simple and enjoyable. If something does not meet your expectations, we will always do our best to find a solution.

Return period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to report a problem or request a return.

No returned parcel sent without prior approval can be accepted.

In case of an order issue
In the event of a damaged or defective product, an incorrect model, or a missing quantity, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@macchinelli.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if necessary, such as the product, parcel, and packaging.
After validation, we will send you a free return label.
The return will be at our expense and we will either send you a new product at no additional cost, or, if the product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund for the item concerned, as well as the initial delivery fees related to that item, where applicable.

In case of dissatisfaction or change of mind
If the product does not suit you, without any particular defect, please contact us at contact@macchinelli.com within 14 days of receipt, indicating your order number and the reason for your request.
We will look for the most suitable solution with you, such as a voucher for another product or a refund after the product has been returned.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its complete original packaging, including accessories, instructions, and protective materials.
Unless the mistake is ours or the product is defective, return costs related to a change of mind remain your responsibility. Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund the price of the item, excluding the initial delivery fees, or issue a voucher, depending on the option agreed with you.

Return procedure
First, please contact us at contact@macchinelli.com.
You will then receive our instructions and, where applicable, the return label.
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, then drop off the parcel according to the instructions provided, either at a pick-up point or at the post office.

Refund period
After receiving and checking the returned product, the refund is usually processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed, such as a voucher or store credit.
