What are the delivery fees?

Standard delivery is free on most of our products in Europe.

A priority delivery option is available for €4.95 if you would like to receive your order faster.

When will my order be delivered?

With standard delivery, the average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

With priority delivery, delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

What should I do if my order is delayed or not delivered?

First, please check the online tracking.

If the estimated delivery time has passed or the tracking has not been updated, contact us at contact@macchinelli.com with your order number. We will open an investigation and find a solution, such as a new shipment or a refund.
